Vamos a calcular las raices del polinomio r^2-r-2=0
 
r^2-r-2=0
 
x=\frac{-1\pm \sqrt{(-1)^2-4\cdot 1\cdot (-2)}}{2\cdot 1}=\frac{-1\pm 3}{2}=1,-2
 
r^2-r-2=(r-1)\cdot (r+2)=0
 
 
Vamos a comprobar el resultado con Sagemath:
Sage: x = var('x')
Sage: f=x^2-x-2
Sage: f.roots()

Resultado con Sagemath

Vamos a calcular las raices del polinomio con Sagemath
