Resolucion:

La velocidad de propagacion de la onda a traves del vacio viene dada por:
 
u=\frac{1}{\sqrt{\mu_o\cdot \epsilon_o}}=
=\frac{1}{\sqrt{4\cdot \pi \cdot 10^{-7}\cdot \frac{1}{4\cdot \pi\cdot 10^{9}}}}=3\cdot 10^{8}\,\frac{m}{s}
 
 
Con lo que con el tiempo que tarda en llegar la señal enviada a la luna de vuelta a la tierra la distancia entre la tierra y la luna viene dada por:
 
d=\frac{u\cdot t}{2}=\frac{3\cdot 10^{8}\cdot 2562}{2}=3.843\cdot 10^{11}\,m
